About Allison:
Allison’s motto is “Make it Happen”. Since moving to Los Angeles from North Carolina, Allison has been involved in projects as an actor, writer, director, producer, and resident tea drinker. Her short film BLACK WIDOW: ORIGINS got rave reviews from Movie Pilot News and toured the country with Geek Film Fest. Banging Lanie, her first feature, which she produced, directed and starred in, had its World Premiere at the Las Cruces International Film Festival. Her first animated project Hot Toddy, about dysfunctional female friendships is currently in post-production. Allison is an avid runner and completed her first 137 mile FKT (Fastest Known Time) run, setting the female record for an out and back completion of the Backbone Trail.
Goals for Film Class:
Indie filmmaking basics and cover how to keep your set safe and sanitary without spending thousands. Including: Individual lunches on the cheap, where to get PPE, and the best way to keep masks worn properly by all crew.
Goals for Crowdfunding Class:
Going over ALL the basics of how to run a successful campaign. From choosing the right platform, to creating engaging posts, to making your goal!
